What makes up a servicing contract?

Your fire alarm servicing contract covers you for a minimum regulatory two service visits a year (four for higher-risk premises). From the minute your fire alarm maintenance contract starts, you will have access to us 24/7, whether that’s just for advice, technical assistance or emergency call-outs. In most cases where a common issue has arisen, a simple system reset is required. As a result, we can resolve these with you over the phone without the need for an engineer to attend. During the fire alarm service visits our engineer will test your fire alarm system and discuss any issues to you. He will fill out your fire log book (which we provide at the start of your contract free of charge) and leave you with a written report for your records. If he recommends any remedial work we aim to have our quote emailed to you within 24 hours of the service visit. Jo in the office is always on hand to help with any questions you may have.
