5. IQ FIRE SOLUTIONS Community Areas
A. Registration
IQ FIRE SOLUTIONS reserves the right to close accounts if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts or disrupts any of our services in any way.
If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting the community you may have action taken against all of your accounts.
B. Submission of material
By submitting any material to us, you automatically grant IQ FIRE SOLUTIONS the royalty-free, perpetual, exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such material (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. You also acknowledge that IQ FIRE SOLUTIONS is not obliged to publish any material submitted by you on any IQ FIRE SOLUTIONS publication.
We advise that you never reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else (telephone number, home address, business address, delivery address or email address or any other details that would allow you to be personally identified).
In certain circumstances IQ FIRE SOLUTIONS may also share your contribution with trusted third parties.
By submitting any material to us, you agree to use the IQ FIRE SOLUTIONS Community areas in accordance with the Community Guidelines [link] and these Terms and Conditions and the Community Terms and Conditions.
C. Failure to comply
If you fail to abide by these Community Rules you may be sent an email which informs you why your contribution has been refused or edited. This email will also include a warning that continuing to break the rules may result in action being taken against your account or accounts.
This action may include any content posted by you being checked before allowed to go on the site or a temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to participate in any or all areas of IQ FIRE SOLUTIONS.
IQ FIRE SOLUTIONS reserves the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any IQ FIRE SOLUTIONS account, at any time, for any reason.

6. Terms of Quotation and Sale
A. Service
We provide an online service which enables you retrieve a quotation for our services.
We also provide a service which enables you to obtain advice and assistance offline (for example over the telephone) after using this Website.
Information on this Website is provided for general information purposes only, should not be relied upon by you and is provided so that you can select the product or service that you feel is most appropriate to meet your needs. You should always check the suitability, adequacy and appropriateness of the product or service that is of interest to you and it is your sole decision whether to obtain or refrain from obtaining any product or service. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability, adequacy or appropriateness of any product or service referred to on this Website.
By submitting your details, you are making an offer to obtain the relevant product or service, on its terms and conditions that may be accepted or rejected. The Sales Agreement contract for the product or service will only be concluded once your offer has been accepted. Please note that acceptance of your payment where possible on this Website does not constitute as an acceptance of your offer. You will receive confirmation when your offer has been accepted along with the Sales Agreement with terms and condition.
B. Quotation
Our Online Quote allows you to generate a quotation for our Fire Alarm Maintenance Service.
You will need to answer a number of questions on this Website in order to obtain a quote for the product and or service. These questions are designed to ensure that we and all relevant insurance providers have all the information necessary to provide you with appropriate and timely information relating to the products and or service in which you are interested. The level of cover and the amount you will pay will be determined by the answers you provide to these questions. It is therefore very important that you answer all of the questions truthfully, completely and accurately and that you disclose all relevant facts. Failure to do so could invalidate the your quotation and should you sign a contract, we will reserve the right to terminate the contract.
It is very important that you check all of the information to ensure it is true, correct, complete and accurate, that it is not misleading and that you have disclosed all relevant facts. It is your responsibility to identify and correct any mistakes or errors in the information held by IQ Fire Solutions Ltd about the project before you sign our agreement of sale. Failure to correct any mistakes or errors in the information held by IQ Fire Solutions about the project or a failure to disclose all relevant facts could invalidate your contract agreement.
If you are in any doubt as to whether any information is relevant or required to be disclosed or that something may be incorrect you should disclose it to IQ Fire Solutions Ltd before you apply for the Sales Agreement. If you do not provide all such information or if you fail to notify about any circumstances likely to influence the assessment of the risks involved, your proposed Sales Agreement may be terminated.
You agree that we may use your data to send you a renewal quote when your annual policy is due to expire to remind you of this. This may include performing a new quote for you based on the information you have previously provided. It is very important that you check all of the information about you is true, correct, complete and accurate, that it is not misleading and that you have disclosed all relevant facts before you apply. It is your responsibility to identify and correct any mistakes or errors in the information about you before you apply for any product and or service.
It is very important before you apply to carefully read the terms and conditions of the product and service, IQ Fire Solutions’ terms and conditions and any other documentation that applies to the product or service. You must familiarise yourself with all the details of the product and service, for example, the restrictions, exclusions, conditions and obligations which apply. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product or service matches your requirements and that you agree to the terms and conditions of the product before you apply for it. We accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss or damage you may suffer or incur in the event that any product and or service you apply for does not meet your requirements or is not suitable for you.
You may apply for quotation for Fire Maintenance Service through this Website. You will need to provide details of the the relevant details. On completion you will receive an e-mail confirming your quotation. You will then be contacted by IQ Fire Solutions to discuss the accuracy of information. The Sales of Agreement will then be complied with payment due within 30 days before the contract commencement date.
The Sales Agreement Contract will be between you and IQ Fire Solutions. By providing you with a quote we are not making an offer of contract with you on those terms. Instead, by submitting your details, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant product and or service. The contract will be concluded once your offer has been accepted. Please note that acceptance of your payment does not constitute acceptance of your offer. You will receive confirmation when your offer has been accepted.
C. Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you a Sales Agreement Contract and that you agree to the relevant terms and condition in relation to that contact. D. Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt within the EU. VAT is not included in our prices for customers outside of the EU. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
E. Payment
Upon receiving your Sales Agreement Contract you will 30 days to make payment before you contract commencement date.
Discount Codes
- Account discount codes – Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered.
- Promotional discount codes – We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.
7. Reservation of performance in case of goods not being available
If goods you ordered are not available within thirty days of your order, IQ Fire Solutions can withdraw from the purchase agreement even if it has confirmed acceptance of your order. If the company withdraws from the purchase agreement, it will immediately inform you of this and will immediately refund the amount already paid by you for these goods.
8. Price and additional costs
The total amount of your order, including all taxes and additional costs such as labour, packaging and delivery, will be detailed in the Sale Agreement Contract.
We endeavor to ensure that the information shown on the web site is as accurate as possible. We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those regarding price. We reserve the right to make changes to our web site including prices, products and terms & conditions without any notice being given.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time.
9. Right to cancel
A. Change of mind
If you are in any doubt or wish to change your mind and terminate the contract between yourself and IQ Fire Solutions, you may do so, providing all or any works carried out involving product and or services by IQ Fire Solutions are paid in full.
B. Inaccuracy
If you are in any doubt as to whether any information is relevant or required to be disclosed or that something may be incorrect you should disclose it to IQ Fire Solutions Ltd before you apply for the Sales Agreement. If you do not provide all such information or if you fail to notify about any circumstances likely to influence the assessment of the risks involved, your proposed Sales Agreement may be terminated.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Unless expressly stated to the contrary to the fullest extent permitted by law IQ FIRE SOLUTIONS and its suppliers, content providers and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this Website or the Linked Sites and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise. If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.
19. Entire Agreement
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and IQ FIRE SOLUTIONS. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of IQ FIRE SOLUTIONS.
